RallySense Membership Terms

Important Notice

These Terms apply when you purchase, receive, or use RallySense memberships, auto-renewable subscriptions, analysis-minute packs, promotional minutes, or related benefits through the RallySense App, App Store in-app purchase, paidongapp.com, or other supported channels.

Membership benefits may include AI analysis minutes, cloud analysis tasks, report access, cloud storage, or other benefits shown on the purchase page. Prices, benefits, renewal, cancellation, and refund rules may vary by channel, plan, region, version, and promotion.

1. Membership Benefits

RallySense memberships are designed for tennis video analysis. Benefits may include periodic analysis minutes, higher upload or analysis quotas, report retention, task management, selected advanced analysis features, member badges, promotions, and other benefits made available from time to time.

Analysis minutes are service credits for AI analysis tasks. They are not cash, prepaid stored value, or withdrawable balance, and may not be transferred, redeemed for cash, or merged across accounts unless we expressly allow it or law requires otherwise.

2. Purchase Channels and Benefit Sync

You may obtain memberships or analysis minutes through iOS in-app purchase, web payment, promotions, or other supported methods. You need to log in with the same RallySense account for App and web benefits to sync.

Apple handles billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund requests for iOS App Store auto-renewable subscriptions. Web subscriptions or packs are handled by the web payment channel and RallySense order system. Some products may be sold only in the App or only on the website, subject to platform rules.

3. Analysis Minute Deduction and Tasks

When you submit a cloud analysis task, analysis minutes may be estimated and deducted based on video duration, analysis type, plan rules, or page prompts. Actual deduction, failure return, retry, cancellation, and task status are based on system records.

Tasks may fail or be delayed due to video quality, upload interruption, file damage, unsuitable content, server load, or third-party service issues. We do not guarantee that every video can be successfully analyzed.

You may not obtain, consume, or resell benefits through abnormal methods such as multiple-account abuse, scripts, fake tasks, unauthorized API calls, front-end bypasses, or malicious concurrent uploads.

4. Auto-Renewal and Cancellation

If you purchase an auto-renewable membership, it renews according to the payment channel rules unless canceled before the required time.

For App Store subscriptions, manage cancellation through iOS Settings, Apple ID subscription management, or App Store paths. For web subscriptions, cancel through the RallySense membership and usage page or supported payment-channel paths where available. Cancellation usually does not affect benefits already paid for in the current period.

5. Prices, Changes, and Promotions

Prices, quotas, validity periods, promotions, and supported regions may change due to operating strategy, cost, platform rules, or legal requirements. Existing paid benefits generally remain available during the current valid period unless law, platform rules, or these Terms provide otherwise.

6. Refunds and Support

Memberships, cloud analysis, and analysis minutes are digital content and online services. Except where required by law, allowed by platform rules, caused by a material service defect that cannot be remedied, or expressly promised by us, activated, consumed, or issued benefits are generally not refundable without cause.

Refund requests for App Store purchases are generally reviewed by Apple. For web purchases, you may submit a support request through order details, customer service, or email; we will review order status, benefit consumption, task records, and legal requirements.

7. Restrictions and Termination

Membership benefits are for the account holder’s lawful, reasonable, non-commercial batch-analysis use. If you violate these Terms, the Terms of Service, or law, we may suspend or terminate benefits, restrict uploads, cancel abnormal rewards, or seek remedies.

8. Privacy, Updates, and Contact

Membership and analysis-minute services involve uploaded videos, reports, tasks, benefit sync, and orders. See the RallySense Privacy Policy for data processing details.
