Terms of Service
By using RallySense you confirm you've read, understood and agreed to these terms. They apply between RallySense and you.
1. Scope
RallySense provides match video uploads, AI analysis, reports, training suggestions, and community sharing. Specific features evolve through release; the App and website are the source of truth.
2. Accounts
Register with accurate information. Your account is for your personal use; do not share, transfer, or resell it. All activity under your account is your responsibility.
3. Uploaded content
- You must own the rights to content you upload. RallySense isn't responsible for infringing uploads.
- Unless otherwise agreed, your videos are private by default.
- You grant us the right to decode, transcode, generate thumbnails and run AI analysis on your uploads — solely to deliver the service.
4. Payments
Pricing, renewal, and refunds are detailed on the pricing page and at checkout. You can cancel any time, effective next billing cycle.
5. Prohibited use
- Uploading illegal, violent, sexual, or infringing material;
- Reverse engineering, scraping, or abusing the API;
- Disrupting other users, impersonation or identity theft.
6. Limitation of liability
AI output is informational, not a guarantee of match outcome. We're not liable for losses caused by force majeure, network outage, or third parties.
7. Changes
We may update these terms when laws change or services evolve. Material updates will be announced in-product or by email. Continued use means acceptance.
8. Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the operating entity's jurisdiction. Disputes should be resolved in good faith first; otherwise referred to the competent court at the operator's location.
